FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kayla Fulmer and Parker Ferguson
Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue, Dolphin Bay Resort, offers complimentary valet parking for all wedding guests for the entirety of the wedding weekend! Cars are parked by valet right in the hotel parking lot, ensuring ease of access to any personal belongings at any time.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, and we hope you'll use this weekend as a rare excuse to come celebrate without them. Our wedding will be an adults-only evening, and we encourage you to enjoy a well-deserved night off. We so appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity limits, we can only accommodate the guests explicitly listed on your formal invitation. When you go to RSVP, the names included in your party will be listed together. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're so excited to see our guests dressed up and celebrating with us! Welcome Party (4/2): Cocktail Attire. Midi or knee-length dresses for women, and suits or blazers with dress pants for men are encouraged. Ceremony & Reception (4/3): Formal Attire. Long dresses, elegant midi dresses, or dressy cocktail dresses, and suits with ties are encouraged. Our ceremony is on a cobblestone patio, and all other events take place on the lawn. Block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or dress shoes are suggested.

Question

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place outdoors at Dolphin Bay Resort, with our reception held in The Oceanside Tent on the lawn. It can get chilly once the coastal breeze kicks in after sunset, so an extra layer or wrap is suggested for all guests!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at four o’clock in the afternoon. We kindly ask that guests arrive at least fifteen minutes early to be seated before the ceremony begins.
