Mandatory Vaccinations
A yellow fever shot is required to enter Ghana. This vaccine and travel medicines can only be administered at a travel clinic. Malaria pills are not mandatory but highly suggested as malaria can be deadly. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF NOT GETTING A MALARIA PILL PRESCRIPTION! Use the website provided to find a travel clinic near you to set an appointment. Appointments tend to fill up so do not wait to the last minute as this vaccine is mandatory.
