The wedding is in the capital, Accra, Ghana. For lodging purposes, as long as your hotel is no more than 30 mins away from the airport, you are in the vicinity of our wedding venue.

No, you will need to exchange your dollars into cedis once you enter the country. Ghana's exchange rate varies on the type of dollar bill used. For example: $200 in 100 dollar bills exchanges for more cedis than $200 in 50 dollar bills, or 20 dollar bills, and so on. I advise you to bring new 100 dollar bills or use your debit card for the highest yield of cedis.
