Where to Stay

We recommend staying in Polson. There’s a casino/hotel and lots of options on Airbnb. It’s a small enough town that most everything in Polson is a short walk, however, you will want to drive to the venue in Ronan. Most people that have already booked accommodations thus far have chosen Airbnb’s in Polson. If you’re looking to rent one of the larger homes with other groups, we’re happy to help coordinate! Option #2 are the free camping spots at the venue. There are currently 2 spots left on a 1st come 1st serve basis, so let Kayla know ASAP if you want one. You’ll be allowed to stay the nights of 6/14 & 6/15. No campfires are allowed, there’s a hard curfew of 11pm, and all campers must be fully self contained (i.e. have to have a bathroom inside - it’s a non-negotiable venue rule).

Missoula’s airport is slightly closer, but Kalispell International is probably going to have cheaper flights.

Transportation

For those flying in, we recommend renting a car. Depending on when and where you’re flying in, hitching a ride with family driving in may be an option. Ronan and Polson are small Montana towns, so you will want to research taxi and ride share availability in advance. Please let us know if you need help coordinating transportation.
