There’s an adorable retired gentleman that lives between two wedding venues and decided to make his own 9-hole golf course for guests to use for free the day of the wedding! He should also have his new caddyshack open by then that will store some loaner clubs if you don’t want to bring your own.
Drive through the bison range and see tons of animals - even babies!
Check out their annual event at the fairgrounds June 11th-14th!
This is a fun trail that overlooks the Kerr Dam! It’s pretty steep with a lot of stairs, and takes you down to a gazebo. Jare and I saw dozens of deer running back and forth across the mountain on the other side of the river!
Mom & Pop homemade cheese store!
Call ahead for a tour of Montana’s only shrimp farm! LOL! Jare wants to tour it very badly!
Head over to Flathead Lake! There’s a nice park with a long boardwalk/walking path, water access, play sets for the kiddos, kayak rentals, etc.
Take a scenic drive around Finley Point and see the zillions of cherry trees that make the area famous!
Go hang out at Jaren’s favorite brewery! They have a food truck out back in the summertime, a fun atmosphere, and lots of board games!
Stay a night in Hot Springs at Jaren’s favorite motel and check out one of several natural hot springs in the town!
Delicious food and a great atmosphere in a mostly original saloon with some rustic modern updates! They usually have live music that starts about 7pm Thursdays - Sundays, so get there about 5:30 for a great seat and enjoy! We’ve been a couple times and love it!
Fun place with crazy desserts and ice cream! We went with my parents and uncle over Christmas vacation and had a blast!
Everywhere in Flathead and Lake Counties have breathtaking views, but this is a fun drive on a dirt road to a trail if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Jare and I went last year and want to go back and explore some more!
This is a great breakfast spot with indoor and outdoor seating! They allow dogs on the patio too. It’s on Bigfork’s Main Street which is fun to walk around as well!
Jare and I haven’t gone here yet, but we’ve driven by and it looks fun!
