Maid of Honor
Cassie Nicolosi will be Kay’s maid of honor. Like Kay, Cassie attended Salve Regina University, where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing and has an MBA. Cassie enjoys travelling, true crime, painting and going to the beach. Kay looks forward to having Cassie stand by her side at her wedding ceremony.
Connor Hertzwig
Best Man
Connor is Tyler's best man and also his one and only brother. Although all of his friends might consider him a brother I am the only one who truly gets to hold the title. From all of our little wrestling matches, sports competitions, petty arguments over toys and who gets to be player one, to everything in between I am truly blessed and grateful to have him in my life. Here’s to all the many more memories and fun to come and I can’t wait to see where life takes us.
Isabelle Gillibrand
Maid of Honor
Isabelle is one of Kay’s many friends she made while on her Oxford trip in 2017 as a fellow “Culture Vultures,” and is now one of her maids of honor. The two are firm believers they were born to be friends where they both grew up in New Hampshire, share a love of books, and are avid crafters. These days, Isabelle can often be found at her home in Rhode Island with her cat Chadwick and enjoying (both with Kay and solo) drinking tea and/coffee, and crocheting. Isabelle couldn’t be happier to be part of Kay & Tyler tying the knot where it all began in Newport!
Erin Gurler
Best Man
Erin is Tyler's best man and one of his best friends. It all started when Erin and Tyler went to their first class in their freshman year of high school only to find out they shared the same exact schedule and classes. They would spend the next 13 years hanging out almost everyday together, whether that be playing video games, going on ski trips, playing airsoft, going out for lunches and countless other adventures. Erin can't wait for what the next 50+ years of their friendship will hold. Erin is proud to call Tyler his brother and it is an honor to be his best man.
Allisen Trunfio
Bridesmaid
Allisen is both Kay’s bridesmaid and cousin. Her first memory of Kay begins in Pap’s (our grandfather) kitchen where she hid behind her mom because Kay was basically a celebrity in my eyes. Flash forward a few years and Kay took on a babysitting gig in Florida while the adults enjoyed the wedding of a lifetime. But lucky her, Kay was the coolest babysitter, she used her phone to set up Scooby Doo for me to watch as she fell asleep. Allisen knew her and Kay would be best friends as soon as Kay pulled up the Scooby Doo episode. Flash forward a few more years, Allisen was telling Aunt Debbie about her DREAM university and it turned out that was Kay’s school. When Kay found out she wanted to attend Salve, Kay worked with her and the admissions office, where Allisen was then accepted. Looking back, she doesn’t know if Salve would have ever been possible, if not for Kay, and she is forever grateful. They quickly become close, and she got through some tough times, with puzzle, true crime nights, rant sessions, and best of all the chocolate chip cookies. Kay is the most thoughtful and loving person there is, and truly the best cousin she could ask for.
Mike Mandarino
Groomsman
Michael is one of Tyler's groomsmen and is a Nassau County Police Officer living in New York. Mike is one of Tyler's oldest and closest friends, meeting over 12 yrs ago in 2011. Whether it was their trips to Six Flags, airsofting in our friend's backyard, freezing on a mountain while skiing/snowboarding, routinely visiting Moe's for dinner or the seemingly never ending game nights still happening to this day, their friendship will certainly thrive for the next 11 years and more so after that. It's an honor to be part of this chapter in his life and can't wait to see what comes next.
Elizabeth Perfetti
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth is one of Alexandra’s bridesmaids and childhood besties. She recently finished grad school and certified as a TVI (teacher of the visually impaired)! Alexandra and her go way back to our daycare days at Alexandra’s grandparents house in PA. To say that she feels blessed that they’ve maintained a long distance friendship for two decades is an understatement! She’s beyond excited for Kay and Tyler in this next chapter and so honored to be by her side through it all!
Brian McCabe
Groomsman
Brian is one of Tyler's groomsmen. Brian has been friends with Tyler since they started hanging out in high school, and he always likes to remind us how long ago that was. Through board games, skiing, pool parties, championship games and late nights, Tyler and in turn his family have become an integral part of Brian's life. He looks forward to the amazing day we get to celebrate Tyler and Kay. It means so much to to be part of their lives and he is honored to be one of their groomsmen.
Lauren Leatherman
Bridesmaid
Lauren lives in Pittsburgh with her partner, Jake and their fat cat, Cleo. Her relationship with Zanny is practically that of family. Their mothers were instant friends and were lucky enough to see each other through many phases of their lives. When they had two daughters who were close in age and got along so fantastically; it seemed like kismet. She is ecstatic to be able to usher in this new chapter with the bride and groom.
John Carbonara
Groomsman
The first time John and Tyler met wasn’t even in person - it was over PlayStation playing what would become the first of many games in our friendship. They love to go to Southold in the summer and hang out at Claudio’s. They instantly bonded over their love of baseball, especially going to Yankee games, (throwback to booing Joey Gallo). John is grateful to be a part of this journey with Tyler and Kay.
William Scanlan
Officiant
William is Kay's brother. When early conversations about the wedding got started, Zanny joked, "could William be our officiant?" Little did they know, William took it upon himself to get licensed so that he could make this far off dream come true. William has always been this loving and supportive with Kay (and Tyler) and having him be a part of their special day means so much to them.

Lola's mom and dad are getting married and she is excited (tail wag!) to be a part of their day.
