As much as we'd love to accommodate everybody's little humans, we have made decision for the wedding to be wedding party kids only- the handsome ring bearers and beautiful flower girls! We do understand that some of you may be traveling with your kids, and we'd be happy to offer suggestions for day-of childcare off site.
North Carolina can be any season in a given day. We may have true fall temperatures (mid 50s in the morning and 70s in the afternoon) or be stuck in extended summer with mid 80s. When packing, check the weather, and then check it again ;)
There is plenty of free parking on the venue property.
The vibe will be dressy casual- think something you'd wear to a nicer church service. The ceremony will be in a grassy area, weather permitting, so consider this when choosing your shoes for the day!
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with an outdoor rooftop cocktail hour and reception indoors. If the weather does not cooperate, the venue has a beautiful back up plan indoors for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
Please do take photos throughout the day, but avoid doing so at the ceremony. Our photographers will capture it best during that time!
