While we give all the glory to God for our meeting, we have to acknowledge two honorable mentions: Josh Maass and Lifetime Fitness. Josh, one of Andrew's groomsmen, had a brief membership with Lifetime (We appreciate the investment my friend!) and during this time was recruiting people at the gym to join his new run club. Without knowledge of my feelings about running, he invited me. I don't like running, but I do love Jesus and because it was a run club for the Lord I did have some interest on the topic. After a few more gym conversations, out of the blue one day Josh said he had a friend of his that he wanted me to meet: Hello, Andrew. When I started working out at Lifetime, I expected it to change in some way but I certainly wasn't expecting it to bring me my future husband and forever best friend. You know, It's funny because Andrew and I worked in the same town for almost a year and never connected until he had moved over an hour and a half away. God has shown us time and time again throughout the journey of our friendship and relationship that His timing is and always will be superior over our own plans and desires. It's by our surrender to Him and His will for our relationship that we are where we are today.
