Flight
Denver International Airport (DIA), which is about 2-3 hours from Vail. DIA offers a wide range of flight options and competitive fares, but keep in mind that you’ll need to rent a car or book a shuttle to make the scenic drive into the mountains.
Flight
For the most convenient option, guests may also choose to fly into Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), located about 30 minutes from Vail. This smaller airport is closer to the wedding festivities and can save significant drive time compared to Denver International Airport. Keep in mind that flight options may be more limited and sometimes seasonal, so booking early is recommended.

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue, with pickups at Vail Village Transportation Center and Lionshead Transportation Center. The outside of the shuttle will say: Nova Guides Please update your RSVP to indicate which shuttle location you plan to use so we can plan transportation accordingly. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 3:45 PM
Hotel
For the wedding weekend, our families will be staying in private rentals in Vail Village. In lieu of a designated hotel, guests are invited to select accommodations throughout Vail based on their individual preferences. Vail Village and Lionshead Village are both great options, offering walkable access to dining, shopping, and shuttle transportation.
