No. While we love your kids so so much, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children at our venue. This will be an adult only weekend event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. Thank you for understanding!
Friday - Welcome Party: Western Chic. Gentleman, Ted will be in boots, jeans, a button down shirt and jacket. Ladies, I'll be in a dress and cowboy hat. Dresses, jeans and a blouse, rompers, anything is welcome! Feel free to lean into the setting with bolo ties, cowboy hats, or boots. Saturday - Wedding: Mountain Formal. Gentleman, Ted and the groomsmen will be in tuxes, so if you own one go for it! But we're more than happy for guests to be in normal suits too. Again, bolo ties, cowboy hats, or boots welcome. Ladies, Bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses. Textures, patterns, feathers, sequins, bold colors are more than encouraged! Think fun and whatever you're going to feel your best and most beautiful in! In Mid June daytime highs are usually in the upper 60s to mid 70s °F and drop into the high 30s °F to 40s °F at night. There will be headers at the venue, but shawls, light jackets, or layers are encouraged for the later part of the evening.
Yes! Transportation for everyone will be provided to and from Camp Hale on Saturday. We will have shuttles picking up and dropping off at Vail Village Transportation center and Lionshead Transportation center. If you'd prefer to drive yourself, there is a parking lot at the venue you're more than welcome to use.
