I met Chloe in the NIU College of Education program. We instantly clicked over our love of flair pens and Chipotle. Chloe and I got chosen to fly to Houston Texas through the Educate US Program at NIU. Some of our greatest memories were made deep in the heart of Texas! There is no one I would of rather submit my edTPA with!

When transferring from community college to NIU, Veronica was "that girl who looked nice to sit next to" on the first day of class. Fast forward 3 years and we graduated together the best of friends!

I first met Matt when he started working at Grand Rental Station. He was kind of quiet, but always a hard worker and a fun person to joke around with. He's always willing to help and go the extra mile! It was not long before we were having bonfires and fishing nights. Whether it has been driving tent stakes, pulling weeds, or diving in after monster catfish, Matt has always been a great friend!

Chris and I basically grew up together as kids. Every summer and Friday night we would be hanging out playing baseball, video games, or watching movies. Chris has always been a great cousin and even better friend.

Where to start with Matt Leedy? As kids, we were always up to something. Whether it was roaming his farm fields as cowboys or taking the Bears to the Super Bowl in Madden, Matt and I would always stay busy. Now as adults, Matt is a great person to just sit and share a drink with. We never run out of things to talk about. He's always been a great friend to me!

Luke has always been such an easy guy to talk with. Whether it was about sports, work, or how our lives were going, Luke is always someone I can count on. If I ever decide to pursue a stand-up comedy career, he's sitting front and center because he's got a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. I'm proud to call Luke a friend.
