First Course: The Monte Bello Salad
Mixed field greens, seedless black grapes, candied walnuts, golden raisins, tossed in a champagne vinaigrette.
Main Course: Poulet Lyon Chicken
Herb soft cheese stuffed chicken breast in a tarragon butter sauce. Served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.
