Meet-Up (Mandatory to Attend Ceremony and Be at Dinner on Time)

We will be meeting at the Mercer Island Park & Ride before heading over to the Colman Dock to board the ferry. There are many reasons why meeting here before heading to the ferry is important: 1.) Ensures everyone gets on the correct ferry at the correct time. 2.) Ensures everyone has a ride onto the ferry and thus a ride to the restaurant for dinner once we get off the ferry. 3.) Allows carpooling to both cut down on ferry costs and ensures that people from out of town who are not renting a vehicle have access to a ride. 4.) We will be covering the ferry costs- this will be the simplest way for us to give cash to the vehicle drivers to cover said costs. 5.) This specific park & ride is free to park at, known for being safe, and is open 24 hours, so no one has to worry about rushing back by a certain time. 6.) We will be marking all the cars in our party that are going on the ferry so that we can keep track of each other as we convoy to the ferry.

Boarding the ferry is an event all of its own. The ferry can get crowded, especially on a Saturday, so we want to ensure that we are all in line to drive onto the ferry at a decent time. Once we are on the ferry and parked, you are allowed to exit your vehicles and make your way up into other areas of the ferry. At that point, we will ask that everyone go to the back of the outer deck so that we can have our ceremony against the Seattle skyline.

Attire Suggestion: It may be chilly on the ferry on an evening in late April- bring something to keep you warm if you're prone to a chill!
We want to get married with the Seattle skyline in the background, so the outside back deck is where we will be. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to enjoy the views until it is time to load back into the vehicles for departure from the ferry.

Once the ferry is docked, we'll drive off to head over to the restaurant for dinner, drinks, dessert, etc.!

Time to eat, drink, and be merry! All drinks, food, etc. are on us! The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, so we can't stay later than that, but don't worry, we'll ferry back to the city, and the party can continue!

For anyone who wants to keep the party going once the official festivities are complete! Navy Strength is a favorite of ours- a tropical tiki bar located in Belltown, roughly 5-10 minutes and just over a mile away from the Colman Dock where we'll be getting off the ferry after returning from Bainbridge Island! The drinks won't be on us this time, but it will definitely be a great time!
