We are so excited you are here to celebrate!

Neither of us ever thought that a week of resident assistant training would lead to us meeting the person we would end up marrying. One afternoon during an icebreaker game of "find that person" bingo, Katie went up to Jackson and asked him one of the questions on the bingo card (find someone who knows how to change a tire). Jackson, wanting to impress Katie, lied and said yes (Some of you may be wondering: does he know how to change a tire now? Come to the wedding and ask him!). This exchange quickly turned into some mild flirting throughout the rest of the week. Finally, our friends (and wedding party MVPs) Erin and Marc encouraged us to make our feelings known for each other at a party. Fast forward awhile and here we are, engaged, living in Brooklyn, and so thankful to have found each other. Hooray for love!
