This event will be invite only, but everyone may join us later in the night for the Welcome Party! Shuttles will be provided to/from The Forester Hotel!
Welcome Party

Casual Attire
Open to all guests to kick off the weekend! It will be an open bar from 8-10pm with pizza & sliders served. Shuttles will be provided to/from The Forester Hotel and downtown Lake Forest starting around 5pm in case anyone wants to get dinner in town before making their way to Duffer's Pub! The shuttles will go on a continuous loop throughout the night. Note that the hotel does have a restaurant, The Oaken, if guests wish to eat there beforehand. While Duffer’s will stay open until 1am, we recommend guests catch the last shuttle back (around 11:30pm) as Ubers are limited. The bar at The Forester (The Oaken) will be open until 1am.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Cocktail Attire
Shuttles will be provided to/from The Forester Hotel and Elawa Farm starting around 4pm, please plan accordingly to avoid 5pm ceremony delay! Shuttles will leave around 4:15pm. There is no parking allowed at the venue. If you wish to drive, please park at St. James Lutheran Church (1380 N. Waukegan Rd. Lake Forest, IL 60045) to await a shuttle to take you the rest of the way. Please note that portions of the event will be outside & on grass. Shuttles will be available to take guests back to The Forester or the church parking lot at the end of the night.
After Party

Continue the party at the Oaken Bar at the Forester Hotel! Shuttles will take guests from the reception back to the hotel. The bar will stay open until 1am.
