Travel Note

Driving

Guests driving in should make parking plans before arrival. Check with your hotel for details on where to park on arrival and any associated fees. For those driving eastbound toward Brooklyn, we recommend taking I-278 through Staten Island rather than going through Manhattan.

Train

Amtrak Train Service

Amtrak train service is available into New York Penn Station (NYP). We recommend booking tickets as early as possible for the best prices. Tickets can be purchased at amtrak.com or through the Amtrak app. Upon arrival at New York Penn Station, use the Brooklyn-bound A/C or 2/3 trains to head to the hotels.

Flight

John F. Kennedy Airport

Guests flying in can choose any of New York City’s three airports: John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), or Newark (EWR). We recommend JFK for the most convenient travel to the hotel blocks and venue. From JFK, you can take a taxi (card payments are accepted) or use public transportation by taking the AirTrain to Howard Beach, then transferring to a Manhattan-bound A train and taking it to Hoyt–Schermerhorn Street. All NYC public transit accepts tap-to-pay.
