Hotel
We have a hotel block here and at the Westin. If you find that there are no additional rooms in the hotel block please let us know and we can request additional rooms! Please make sure to book by 8/12/25 with our discount using the link below or call and mention the Whelan/Eppard wedding. The shuttle to and from the wedding venue will depart from here on Saturday evening. All shuttles will pick up from the Sheraton at 4:00pm. For the return trip back to the hotel the first shuttle will leave at 9:30pm and the remaining shuttles will leave at the end of the night, 11:00pm. The Sheraton is within walking distance from the main streets in Palo Alto where you can find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping!

SFO is about a 25 minute drive to downtown Palo Alto and our hotel blocks. There are also public transportation options from SFO to downtown Palo Alto!
