How do I get to and from the venue?
Answer
We will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue from the Sheraton Hotel in Palo Alto (the location of our hotel blocks). There is also parking on site if you wish to drive however, please note that the venue is up a windy road and it will be dark after the party is over! Uber/lyfts are available in the area, but we have been told it is hard to get a ride back down the mountain at night, so please do not plan on ubering back home after the reception.

What is the timing for the shuttle to/from the venue?
Answer
All shuttles will pick up from the Sheraton at 4:00pm. For the return trip to the hotel from the venue there will be two departure times: the first shuttle will leave at 9:30pm and the remaining shuttles will leave at the end of the night, 11:00pm. If you are planning on taking the shuttle only one direction, please still RSVP yes to the shuttle!

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love for your to dress up with us! Some examples of semi-formal/cocktail attire are: dress, dressy skirt & top, dressy jumpsuit, dressy top & bottom, suit & tie, dress pants & a button down shirt.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:45pm; the ceremony will start at 5:00pm.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will all be outside (weather permitting). There will be heaters available but it can cool down in the evening so please bring a jacket if you desire. There will also be an indoor space for dancing and hanging out post dinner! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass so please plan shoes accordingly. Don't forget to wear or bring shoes you can dance in!!

We would love this to be a special celebration with our close friends and family so we are unable to accommodate any additional guests not listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Yes, all kids listed on your invitation are welcome to attend all wedding festivities! If you choose not to bring your kids, we are happy to help with finding a sitter!
