Where should I stay?
Answer
We've outlined 3 great hotel options on our "Travel" page that are each located on Duke's campus and very convenient to our venue. However, if you wish to stay elsewhere there are plenty of wonderful options in downtown Durham, which is only about 10 minutes away.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding dress code is formal attire. For men, a classic suit and tie. For women: elegant dresses of any length are welcome, as are jumpsuits and dressy separates. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend bringing a wrap or sweater in case the evening is cooler than expected. The welcome party will be a mix of indoor and outdoor space, weather permitting. Smart casual attire is perfect - blouses or dresses, polo shirts, button-downs, chinos/slacks, etc. A sport coat is completely optional.

Can I bring a plus one?

If a guest is included in your party, it will be noted on your invitation and you will be able to RSVP for each person on this website.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love your little ones very much, we are planning to have an adults-only event, with the exception of young adults in the bride or groom's immediate family.
