Due to the location of the venue atop Beech Mountain, we strongly suggest guests search for an Airbnb or VRBO in the Beech Mountain, NC or Banner Elk, NC areas. It will be peak leaf season, so we recommend booking now to ensure a place close to the venue. Select cabins have two-night minimums - so you may need to play with the dates and spend a second night in the mountains! Traditional hotel options are located in Boone, NC. The towns of Linville, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, and Newland have lodging too.

The Mast Farm Inn is an extremely charming inn about 30 minutes from Overlook Barn. We've stayed here several times and absolutely love it. It has several accommodation types ranging from large cabins to traditional rooms in the main house. Each booking comes with a delicious breakfast served in the dining room in the main house.

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is a 2.5 hour drive away from Beech Mountain, NC. Charlotte is a major hub - so this may be your best bet for flights and car rentals.

PTI (Greensboro, NC) is a 2.5 hour drive from Beech Mountain, NC. It's a shorter flight for those coming from the Northeast - with daily flights to DC, Philly, and NYC.
