We're getting married!

In February 2016, Katie was having a "Girl's Night" with some friends (think wine, cheese, and The Bachelorette). After some resistance, they convinced her to join Tinder (an online dating app) and try her hand at swiping in search of Winston-Salem's most eligible bachelors. About ten minutes after creating her account, Katie received a notification that a guy named James had "super liked" her. Even though she thought it seemed a little desperate, he looked pretty cute, so she "liked" him back. The rest is history. After three years of stoking the flames of their Tinder fire, which included a move to New York City and back (Katie) and a hike from Mexico to Canada (James) - and many other adventures - James popped the question in the kitchen of their home in Charlotte. Katie said yes!
