Baraat

The Baraat is the groom's procession to the wedding. We invite all our wedding guests to participate in the Baraat! There will be light refreshments following the Baraat. We ask that all guests be seated by 10:45 AM, so the ceremony can start promptly. Transportation will be provided to Stone Tower Winery for our hotel guests only. We encourage guests to drive to the morning events, as we will not be serving alcohol in the morning. Please check the Travel page for more details.
Indian Wedding Ceremony
11:00 am - 12:00 pm

We will be inside in air conditioning during this ceremony. Please plan to arrive and be seated by 10:45 AM in the ballroom, the ceremony will start promptly. The ceremony will be held in the Vineyard View Ballroom @ Stone Tower Winery. We will provide a traditional Indian buffet lunch following the ceremony. Transportation back to hotels after lunch will be provided for guests staying in our two hotel blocks. No alcohol will be served at lunch, if you prefer to drive and leave on your own schedule.
Break
1:30 pm - 4:45 pm
We will have a break between our 2 ceremonies for our guests to rest, change, or freshen up before the evening festivities! We will have shuttles from the hotel blocks to Stone Tower Winery - exact timing to be confirmed (please check back).
American Wedding Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Attire: Black-Tie Optional
This ceremony will be held on the hillside of the vineyard. Please plan to arrive NO later than 5:15 PM, the ceremony will start at 5:30 PM prompt.
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served on the outside patio & indoor Barrel Club Room, followed by a seated indoor dinner + dancing in the Vineyard View Ballroom.
