Going to the Rosario Islands is definitely worth the trek! If you have a free day or two outside the wedding festivities, traveling to the islands by private boat is our preferred way of getting there, and is a full day commitment. You can book private boats for ~$400-600USD for groups up to 10 people. Boats will leave early in the morning so that the return trip can start at 330/4PM to avoid really choppy and rough waters. Our favorite stop was Playa Agua Azul, which was a more family-friendly vibe, quiet beach, with great food right on the beach! If you like fish, try the Pargo Frito <3 Pro tip: Always confirm prices ahead of any services while at the islands, as vendors could try to over charge.
Amazing murals and graffiti throughout the streets of Getsemani. We definitely recommend setting aside an hour or two to stroll around and stop by a bakery!
Though the welcome dinner on Friday is also here, this is a great open space on the old city wall that serves great bites and cocktails, often with live music. It's an amazing place to people watch or watch the sunset!
If you want to paddle board or wind surf, this stand has quick easy access to the beach with great rental rates for an hour or two!
We came here for our celebration dinner right after Jordan popped the big question! The 7-course tasting is very diverse and flavorful, with smaller-medium portions. A la carte ordering is also available. reservations required!

A cute, tiny little cevicheria stand that has been there for decades, in the middle of an intersection. Fresh fish in little cups served with crackers. Great for a quick afternoon snack! Cash only
Great rooftop dining in the walled city. Reservations strongly encouraged!
Very popular bakery - pop in to try a pastry (or five) with a nice cup of Colombian coffee
