Bean Voyage supports women coffee farmers in Central and South America through technical support, training and education, and community events. Kat has been a speaker at their Women Powered Coffee Summit for the past 3 years.

Our home/wedding venue, Annelise Island, sits in the Haw River, a critical waterway of central North Carolina. Haw River Assembly works to protect and restore the Haw River and nearby Jordan Lake, and to build a community dedicated to the health of these natural resources.

Equality NC is a statewide organization dedicated to protecting LGBTQ+ people throughout North Carolina. Without organizations like ENC our legal marriage could not exist.
