Air Travel and Ride Share

Hartsfield-Jackson is the airport serving Atlanta and flights arrive from most of the major airports in the world on a regular basis. The airport code is ATL. Transportation from the airport to your hotel or Airbnb All major car rentals are available. We recommend ride share. OK -so, the Uber/Lyft pickup spot at the airport is a little weird. Yes, follow the signs, but they will take you to North baggage claim and then to the lower level. Walk outside and cross the street (be sure to say thank you to the crossing guard). Follow the signs to the pick up area which is a 2-5 minute walk depending on your pace. Super pro tip - order the ride share when you are on the escalator heading to the lower level.
