It all started with a swipe… and a shared love of mountain biking. We met on a dating app in July 2022, drawn to each other’s photos filled with dirt trails, helmets, and big smiles. It didn’t take long to realize we had more than just biking in common—we both had a love for the outdoors, new experiences, and the kind of adventures that make life truly exciting. From our first ride together to trips across the world, our connection grew stronger with every mile. Whether it was riding the legendary trails of Whistler, soaking up the sun in Hawaii, or exploring Iceland’s dramatic landscapes, we’ve found joy in every journey—and in each other. One of the most unforgettable moments came in Costa Rica, when Daniel got down on one knee in front of a waterfall and asked Kat to marry him. She was completely surprised—and said yes through happy tears. Since then, we’ve kept exploring, whether internationally or in our van with our dog, Canyon, curled up in the back. We’re so excited for this next big adventure: getting married and continuing to build a life full of love, laughter, and a whole lot more trail dust.
