The beach where Aaron proposed to Kathie on 12.24.23! Kathie and Aaron frequently go watch the sunrise and 'Sconset has the best view on the island!
Grab a coffee at handlebar
Kathie worked here in the summer of 2022 and it has the best coffee on the island by far! This coffee shop is owned by the creator of Ring. He is a Palisadian for our California people!
Brunch at Topper's!
Topper's at the Wauwinet offers a complimentary boat trip on the Wauwinet Lady across the Nantucket Sound for anyone with reservations. This is one of Kathie and Aaron's favorite places for a special date!
Visit the Whaling Museum
The Whaling Museum is a Nantucket treasure. Aaron's grandmother's Nantucket Lightship Baskets are even on display in the museum! The view from the roof is the best on the Island. Kathie and Tatum (one of the ring bearers) spent many afternoons there. It is right in town!
Grab Drinks at Cicso Brewery
The Cisco Brewery is a Nantucket summer staple. Casual drinks, food and music make it a great spot in the afternoons. All ages are welcome here...be sure to get there before it closes at 7:00!
Sandbar at the Jetties
Sandbar is a casual restaurant right on the beach! There are beautiful sunsets and "buck a shuck" oysters for happy hour. You may be lucky enough to have Aaron's cousin Maggie as your server!
Sunset at Madaket Millie's
The sunsets in Madaket are unlike anything you have ever seen! Millie's has amazing food and Kathie and Aaron often go here with friends and family throughout the summer!
