Our wedding ceremony, reception, and welcome party will all take place on the White Birch Lodge property! We are looking forward to sharing the weekend with everyone on gorgeous Elk Lake. Please note that White Birch Lodge is our main lodging block for the weekend, so if you hope to stay with us on the property, please be prompt with booking. There are a variety of room types from motel style rooms to multi-bedroom condos. White Birch Lodge is a family owned lodge and all of their booking is done by phone through their main office. The lodge is closed off to any outside guests for the weekend of the wedding. A minimum two night stay is required to book. Guests at WBL are welcome to the array of amenities and activities the lodge has to offer.

Elk Rapids has several options for home rentals. This is a great option for local accommodations.

The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa is a great lodging option outside of Elk Rapids. Please keep in mind this option is about 15 minutes from White Birch Lodge.

Travel Note
Northern Michigan is a small area with Traverse City being the largest "city". There are no large airports and limited nearby travel accommodations. There are very few transport services available (Uber, Lyft, etc.) beyond some local taxi companies out of Traverse City. If you are hoping to explore Northern Michigan beyond the town of Elk Rapids, it is recommended you have a car available.
