There is no pre-arranged transportation from hotels outside of White Birch Lodge, which is the onsite location of wedding events.
The wedding attire is semi-formal. Color encouraged! Please note that this is an indoor/outdoor event. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outside in a grassy area with access to a sandy beach and fire pit. Dining will take place under a tent and dancing will take place indoors. Plan ahead by checking the weather close to the event.
Yes, White Birch Lodge will have designated event parking areas for all wedding guests beyond the lodging parking.
While this is a kid friendly event, we have limited the child invite to family members only. Please refer to your invite/RSVP to note how many seats have been reserved in your name.
Unfortunately, there is not enough space to host ALL guests onsite at White Birch Lodge. While there is room for a majority of out of town guests, we still recommend booking as early as possible if you desire to stay onsite. Please note the other nearby lodging options that are available under the "Travel" tab.
