Our wedding will be celebrated as a Solemn Nuptial Mass according to the 1962 Roman Missal (often referred to as the "Latin Mass"). The liturgy will be offered mostly in Latin, accompanied by sacred music, incense, and periods of quiet reflection. The bride and groom exchange vows at the altar rail before the Mass. This form of the liturgy is deeply meaningful to us: its prayers, music, and courtly language and rituals connect our marriage to a long, continuous tradition of Christian worship. You’re not expected to know the responses; simply being present and praying with us in your own way is the greatest gift. We’re honored to have you witness a form of worship that means so much to us.
