SFO or STSSFO or STS

For our out of state (or country!) guests, you are welcome to fly into SFO (San Francisco) or STS (Santa Rosa). STS is a much smaller airport and has less of a selection for flight times, but it is much closer to Healdsburg! We recommend checking STS, but no worries if it doesn't fit your schedule, SFO is a great option with a freshly renovated Terminal 1!

We have reserved a few rooms at a special rate at Hotel Trio. * THE FINAL DAY TO RESERVE THROUGH THE BLOCK IS 3/25/25.* If you plan to stay here, please call the Hotel and let them know you are coming for the McCallum Barrera wedding. This is where our shuttle pick up and drop off will be on Saturday for wedding day! You are welcome to stay at these recommended hotels, or wherever you please, but please be aware that the shuttle will only run back and forth from Hotel Trio. You are also welcome to Uber or plan for your own transportation (please do not rely on parking at The Madrona, as space is very limited).
