Welcome to Northern California! It is warm and sunny during the day and chilly at night. Please wear cocktail attire to the welcome party and perhaps a light jacket or shawl.
There will be cocktails and late night bites throughout the main house at the Madrona. We are so excited to welcome our guests to NorCal and kick off the wedding weekend, but the bride needs her beauty sleep so we respectfully request that all guests depart the Madrona by 10:30 p.m. to prepare for the big day!
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Get ready to show off! Our wedding is black tie and we strongly encourage our guests to dress to the nines. We know that when you look good you feel good, and we want everyone to feel their best! Think tuxedos for men, beautiful mid or floor length dresses for women, and yes we will accept well-styled cowboy boots! We trust you will all look fabulous and kindly request no jeans.
Our wedding is a one stop shop! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all take place at The Madrona, utilizing as much of the gorgeous grounds as possible. There will be transportation to/from The Madrona on wedding day. The shuttle will pick up at Hotel Trio starting at 3:40 p.m. Shuttles will be onsite for the duration of the evening for return trips as needed. The final shuttle back to Hotel Trio departs at 2:00 a.m.

Even though Sonoma County has strict outdoor noise restrictions, the party doesn't end at 10! Those who wish to make a graceful exit may do so, but we invite you all to join us inside the main house for a DJ, late night bites, and perhaps a night cap or two.
