How do I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP function will become active on May 3rd, 2025 after more details are finalized. You will receive a text message or email when the RSVP function is active on the website.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We recommend submitting your RSVPs as early as possible to coordinate your stay at the villa. We will accept RSVPs through the website until August 1st, 2025.

Where will guests be lodging?

Answer

We have booked out the entire villa and will therefore be housing all the guests on-site at Casa Bruciata. The villa includes nine casitas of varying sizes and room capacities. Details for booking entire casitas and individual rooms will be provided with the official RSVP, including the discounted rate provided to all guests.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Yes! There is ample parking.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our venue and the event itself, we have decided to extend invitations to children of the wedding party only. Families with children included in the wedding party will be notified directly. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you all!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please! Cocktail Attire for the Welcome Dinner & Semi-Formal for the Wedding Day. For all other events, come as you are!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in November in Umbria tends to range from the mid-60s to the low 40s, with cooler temperatures past sunset, which is typically around 5:00PM. Please pack accordingly as many of the events will extend to dusk.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please pack a light jacket. The dinner and reception will be held indoors.

What's the food situation like?

Answer

We take this part very seriously! There will be plenty of authentic, freshly made Italian food spanning several celebratory events. We will provide dinner all three nights and continental breakfast in the mornings (except for day of check out). All meals are prepared by the chefs on-site, therefore, we can accommodate all dietary restrictions. We ask that you include these details in your RSVP so the chefs can plan accordingly when selecting ingredients. Lunches will not be provided however all casitas are equipped with a full kitchen and there is a shared kitchen available to guests to store and prepare food. There are also restaurants ~20 minutes away if you prefer to eat out for lunch. Please note there is no restaurant on site.

What's the alcohol situation like?

Plentiful! The Wedding Dinner will have an optional wine pairing with each course, and the reception will have an open bar with wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Welcome Dinner and Farewell Dinner will include a limited open bar to include beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Will you be live streaming your wedding?

Answer

Yes! We wish everyone could come, but understand the challenges that come with attending a destination wedding. We will provide a live stream of the ceremony for those who will be celebrating from home.
