Villa Check In

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Welcome! The brides and wedding coordinator will greet you and show you to your villa. The brides may not be available to greet guests upon arrival after 4:00 pm, but you are welcome to arrive anytime.

Rehearsal

4:15 pm - 4:45 pm

This event is for the bridal party and family of the brides.

Welcome Dinner

5:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Join the brides for a traditional pasta dinner! Wine and beer included.

Ceremony

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses. Gowns are welcome but not expected. Please prepare for cooler weather at night.

It's time to see the brides say "I do!"

Aperitif (Cocktail Hour)

2:45 pm - 4:00 pm

Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses. Gowns are welcome but not expected. Please prepare for cooler weather at night.

Gather for aperitivos - light snacks and drinks.

Dinner

4:15 pm - 6:15 pm

Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses. Gowns are welcome but not expected. Please prepare for cooler weather at night.

Gather for a four course dinner served with local wine (optional) and open bar. Cake cutting following the dinner to start off the party!

Reception

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Let the dancing begin! DJ and bartenders will shut down at 10:30 pm, but the party stops on our own time! After-hours libations provided in the Main Villa Common Room.

Excursion Day

10:00 am - 5:30 pm

Join the brides on their excursion! Pick up at 10:00 am from the villa with a day of activities in Assisi, Italy. The shuttle will pick up guests at 4:30 pm to return to the villa.

Farewell Pizza Party

6:30 pm

Attire: Keep it casual! Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Nothing like saying farewell at an Italian villa with an oven-baked pizza in hand. Wine and beer included.
