
Shakshuka is a dish comprised of a tomato base with eggs and is common throughout Israel. For one of the more famous, try Dr Shakshuka in Old Jaffa (Tel Aviv).

All bourekas are phyllo dough with filling depending on the shape.
Triangle = cheese.
Rectangle = potato.
Spiral = pizza.
Rounded triangle = mushroom.
Half circle = cheese with hard-boiled egg.
