We've reserved blocks of rooms at this hotel for our out of town guests! It's located downtown near the riverfront, and it's about 10 miles from the wedding venue. Transportation will be provided to and from the reception for anyone staying here. Transportation to and from the reception will be provided for guests staying at the Hyatt Place Downtown. There will be 2 buses transporting guests from the hotel to the cocktail hour/reception hall, and each bus will make 2 trips out there beginning at 3:00 pm. Please be ready to depart the hotel between 3:00-3:30 pm. Shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotel starting at 8:00 pm, and will make at least 1 trip per hour until the end of the reception.

This is Evansville's only airport. It's located on the North side of the city, and it's about 20 minutes away from the Hyatt Place hotel downtown.
