Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2023. And be sure to RSVP for each person on your invitation that plans to attend - kids, too!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes! However, our venue has limited space, so we ask that you don't bring a date/guest unless one is specifically noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see them, and included them on your invitations. However, if you do plan to bring your kids, please RSVP for each of them so that we can plan accordingly. And while we're excited to see everyone’s kids, please know that our venue does NOT allow any sort of crayons, markers, stickers or anything that could stick to the tables and floors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see all our friends and family dressed in their best for our big day! We're requesting Formal Attire.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please include this on your RSVP if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved blocks of rooms for out of town guests. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page to get all the details.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We're registered at Zola, Amazon & Target! You can find all the details and links on our Registry page.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will surely be missed! If you are unable to make it, please RSVP "Will Not Attend." If you've already RSVP'd as Attending, but find that you won't be able to make it, please let us know so we can make adjustments!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 1:30 PM. We ask that you arrive no later than 1:15 PM.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, transportation to and from cocktail hour/reception will be provided for guests staying at the Hyatt Place Downtown! All the details are on our Travel & Accommodations page.

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, we'll take photos with family at the church, and then leave to take photos with our wedding party. During this time, all guests are invited to attend cocktail hour starting at 4:00 PM at Kokies Echo Valley. Light bites and cocktails will be provided. The reception will follow between 5:00-5:30 pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There's paved parking available in front of the church, and plenty of additional parking in the back on a gravel lot. Please do not plan on leaving your cars parked at the church after the ceremony, though. There's a 4:00 PM Mass on Saturdays, and we'll need to clear the lots for those attending. Kokies has plenty of parking for guests, too. It's a big, gravel lot directly across from the venue.
