Comfort Hill Dog Kennel

Obviously not for humans. This is for anyone who is traveling with their canine companions. While we love dogs, they will not be invited to the wedding. This kennel is about a mile away and has an excellent reputation. They've brought pets to see Kate when they fall ill while owners are away, and seem to be very on top of it!

Directions from the airport

Driving from Burlington International Airport (BTV): take a left on Airport Drive. Continue straight through the light onto Kennedy Drive. After 1.5 miles, take the ramp for 189W. At the end of 189W there will be a light–take a left onto Route 7 South. Stay on Route 7 for 20 miles. Take a right on Route 22A to get to the town of Vergennes. There will be a large blue and white tent on the left (Olsen’s Ice Cream). Thornwood Lane is immediately across from the ice cream tent, and the destination of the wedding!

Travel Note

PARKING

You will be driving PAST Thornwood Rd (the site of the wedding) unless you are a caterer or have mobility concerns. For parking, please take a left at the light onto Monkton Road. Vergennes High School will be on your right, where there is plenty of parking!
