Yes! From Whitefish, our venue is a challenging left-hand turn off the highway and we want to make sure everyone has a safe ride home, too. Shuttles will be departing from the southeast corner of Depot Park in Whitefish (by the library) at 3:15pm, 3:30pm, and 3:45pm. Please try to catch the earliest shuttle as possible to ensure you arrive at the venue on time. Shuttles will return at 10:00pm, 10:15pm, and 10:30pm.
YES! We hope you'll join us at the Great Northern Bar - one of Whitefish's most iconic places and where we met. There's a live band, so bring $10 for a cover and your dancing shoes!
Friday’s welcome event is casual and comfortable — whatever you’d wear to a backyard hangout. For Saturday, attire is formal. We don’t have many chances to dress up in Montana, so we’re leaning in and going fancy! That said, no need for black-tie — just your best dressed-up version of you.
Our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only evening. If you need childcare during that time, we’ve arranged for professional care in Whitefish to be available at $75 per child for the evening. To reserve a spot, please contact Kate at 425-466-0516 by August 29, and she’ll connect you with Miss Mary. Little ones are absolutely welcome at the Friday Welcome Event!
September in Montana is usually beautiful — sunny days and crisp evenings — but the weather can be unpredictable. Expect daytime temps in the 60s–70s and cooler nights that can dip into the 40s. We recommend bringing layers, just in case, and a jacket or wrap for the evening. The ceremony and reception will be a combination of indoor and outdoors, so come prepared for a little mountain magic.
You definitely should! September is the most beautiful time of year in the park. You'll need a $2 Vehicle Reservation to enter the park (through September 28), which must be purchased in advance via recreation.gov. Be sure to bring layers and bear spray (available to rent or buy all around town). If you're bringing a camper or oversized vehicle, please check the vehicle size restriction for the Going-to-the-Sun Road as campers and trailers are not permitted.
We’re keeping our guest list intimate and are only able to accommodate the people named on your invitation. We hope you understand, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
