Coffs Harbour Airport
Did you know Coffs Harbour is actually an international airport? Coffs is serviced by flights from Qantas and Virgin, generally from Sydney and Brisbane (sorry no direct flights from Melbourne anymore :( - flight prices may drop closer to date as restrictions ease in NSW)
Travel Note
Drive
With the new highway upgrades completed from Sydney to Coffs now, the 5.5hr drive from Sydney isn't too bad anymore. Conversely the trip to Brisbane is about 4hrs along the M1 and Pacific Highway.
Train
XPT Sydney to Brisbane
Coffs Harbour is on the XPT railway line between Sydney to Brisbane. It's a 9hr ride from Sydney and a 4hrs to Brisbane. RECOMMENDATION | Yeah, nah!! It passes through Coffs at awkward times of the day and night, and is known to be unreliable. Leigh has taken the XPT between Sydney and Melbourne loads of times, and doesn't recommend the Sydney to Brisbane unless you are out of options.

Coach to/from venue (Saturday)

To take the logistical worries our of your day, we've organised a coach to help take you out to Friday Creek Retreat (approx. 25min out of Coffs Harbour). The coach will be leaving from Park Beach Plaza (where the coach parking is), to allow for people to use parking facilities, and easy access to taxi's to get you home that last leg of the trip.
