Tour the Heinz History Center
With our wedding comes exclusive access to the entire museum at our venue. Please take some time before the wedding to explore the various floors of exhibits for free.
Explore the Strip District
Just a quick walk down the street from the venue is the historic Strip District of Pittsburgh. Pop into the shops and markets, or check out some fun bars or restaurants (insider tip - Beer Hive has the best fried pickles in town!).
Check Out a Brewery
Greg and Kate's favorite date activity is to visit local breweries. Here are a few of their favorites in the area: Eleventh Hour, Dancing Gnome, Church Brewery, and of course Cinderlands.
Visit Mount Washington
Visit Mt Washington to see the best view of the Pittsburgh skyline. You can even take one of the railway inclines up the side of the slope.
Eat at Primanti Bros.
A Pittsburgh staple, famous for their sandwiches topped with fries. Greg's order? Capicola and cheese, but add an egg!
