McAfee's Knob Parking Lot
Mcafee's knob is known as the most photographed location on the Appalachian Trail. It is an out and back hike, 8 miles in total.
Hay Rock Trailhead
Hay Rock is probably our favorite local hike. It is 8 miles total along the Appalachian Trail with views of Carvin's Cove reservoir. You definitely don't have to do all 8 miles to enjoy this one.
