Shuttle Service from Hotel

There will be a shuttle service from the Hampton Inn & Suites Roanoke Downtown Hotel to the venue. The shuttle will leave promptly at 3:30 pm and will pick up from the venue at 10:00 pm. Parking is available at the venue if you would prefer to not use the shuttle. Please see the "Travel" section of this website for a link to book a room in our hotel block.
Ceremony

This event is black tie optional. For women, floor length dresses are preferred, but cocktail dresses are also acceptable. For men, a tuxedo is appropriate, but a dark suit is also acceptable. Please note that the ceremony and reception are both outside. We recommend bringing a coat for the evening and avoiding stilettos.
