Welcome Party

4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Casual, backyard BBQ vibes, Hawaiian shirts are highly recommended!

Please join us for a welcome party up Big Cottonwood Canyon! There will be food trucks, drinks, games, and a bonfire. Kids are welcome. It can get cold when the sun goes down, so even if its hot in the Valley, remember to bring layers. GETTING THERE: If you do not have a car, you will need to take an Uber to the Big Cottonwood Canyon Park and Ride Lot (3865 Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd.). We are planning on having shuttles come through the lot every 15 minutes from 4:15-5:15 to bring folks up to the venue. If you DO have a car, please carpool with whoever you can, as parking at Spruces is limited. If your car is not full, please consider stopping at the Park and Ride Lot to see if anyone needs a ride up the Canyon to our event. Spruces Campground is located 9 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon on the righthand side. Look for our signs after you have passed the traffic light at Jordan Pines. Please note that the drive is about 30 minutes from downtown, so plan accordingly.

Cocktail Party Garden Fun - We'd love to see you in bright colors and bold patterns

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We recommend arriving early and getting to the fragrance garden with time to spare. Guests will have full access to explore the gardens on the day of the Wedding.

Saturday SendOff Open House

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please join us for a very casual open house at our home. Feel free to stop by, relive stories from Friday night, and say your goodbyes. Light refreshments will be available.
