Hello! I am the bride to be! ✨ Some of you know me very well and some of you may not! I was born and raised in Charleston, SC and I moved to Western North Carolina after graduating high school where I would soon meet my now fiancee and start a family of my own! In Charleston when I wasn’t at school or working I could always be found outside, whether it was at the beach, the pool, or in the woods! I was always outside doing something! After graduating and moving away I still can be found outside! Now it’s at the lake, the park, or playing in the front yard with my son! I am currently a stay at home mom and loving every single minute of it! Michael and Cane are my world and I truly can’t wait to grow with them and start this new chapter with the two of them by my side!

I am the groom to be! I was born and raised in Cashiers, NC and still live here! I’ve always had a passion for hunting, fishing, and playing sports in high school! Those passions continued into adulthood! When I’m not working I play in an adult softball league along with a bowling league! On the weekends I spend time at the lake with my fiancé and my son fishing and playing in the water! I knew Kassie was the one the first time I met her but it took her a little while for me to grow on her but we very quickly connected! We became inseparable the day she moved in with me and shortly after that we started our little family and welcomed our son into the world mere days before our one year anniversary!

Kassie and Ansley went to high school together sharing mutual friends but not having much of a relationship until after high school and well into adulthood! Their friendship came out of nowhere but quickly became a friendship that neither could live without! They grew very close very quick and have made some fantastic memories together! Being long distance friends has only made them closer and has made them cherish their time together even more than normal! The two have shared heartbreaks, loss, and grief together but have also shared laughs and so many memories together! Areli and Kassie met at a job they were working together at in February of ‘22! The friendship started off like most work relationships where they just talked about little things during work hours but quickly progressed into a friendship outside of work that has now turned into a lifelong friendship with Areli being a major part of her big day! Areli knew that Kassie was pregnant before anyone else and before Kassie even knew! Areli prompted Kassie to take a pregnancy test based off of symptoms they discussed and the friendship took off from there! Now the two get together weekly for ice cream dates and to catch up on life! Areli has done a lot of photoshoots of Kassie and Cane both, showing the progression of Cane growing up from a little baby to the wild toddler he is today that we all know and love! The two girls have made a lot of lasting memories from park dates, pool dates, and crazy adventures around town! “Although Kassie and I have only known each other for a couple of years, she has become my best friend. Meeting her under not-so-normal circumstances was the best thing that could have happened to me. She and Cane have been a blessing in my life. Charles, who we all refer to him as CJ is Michael’s youngest brother! Growing up those two were always very close knit and they’ve just gotten closer as they have gotten older! If the two are together they are usually out fishing a tournament on a lake somewhere or working on something together at the shop!
Izzy Justice

Izzy is Kassie’s lifelong friend! They have been friends since Izzy was 4 years old! They have shared many of birthdays and holidays together along with plenty of summers by the water! They have grown up side by side together and consider each other sisters! Izzy has always been very close to Kassie and now views Michael as an older brother to her and Cane as her younger brother! “Kassie has been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. I can’t recall the first time we ever met because she has always been there by my side. From gifting me her hand-me-downs when i was 4 to “borrowing” (lol) my clothes when she comes to visit, we have literally grown up together. She has always been so kind and full of love and I’m so glad she found someone who cherishes her brightness like we do. Jonathan is Michael’s middle brother the first sibling he had who is also a part of our wedding day. They work together and live just across the street from each other, which makes family time easy and special. All of the boys are really close and love spending time together, and that means a lot to us!

John and Micheal met when the Jennings came up bear hunting with his family in Wisconsin. Since then have been life long friends, keeping in contact and meeting up when they could. Their friendship grew stronger as the years went on from the times John would come and hunt with the Jennings in NC, to Micheal coming to Johns wedding and celebrating with him and his wife Amy. Any time spent together is met with jokes and laughs!
Vincent Brown

Vincent is Kassie’s nephew who she formed an immediate bond with the day she found out about him! She showered Vincent with kindness, love, and compassion from the moment everyone found out about him and the love only grew more as time passed! The two of them used to have weekly dates for pizza, ice cream, and playing at their grandmother/great grandmother’s house up until Kassie moved away! Although being long distance they have always kept a close relationship with one another and Kassie wanted to honor their relationship by making Vincent a key role in her special day! Vincent is the kindest and most sympathetic soul who wears his heart on his sleeve and is kind to anyone he comes in contact with!
Cane Monroe Jennings

Son of the bride and groom and the absolute light of their lives! Cane Monroe brightens every room that he walks into by filling the room with laughter and slight chaos! Having their son a part of their wedding is going to make their big day even more special! Although having a 3 year old a part of the wedding party might make things challenging, it will give us all a good laugh!
