A Mehndi party is a pre-wedding event for the bride and groom and their closest friends and family members. The main focus of the event is the application of the bridal mehndi, or henna design, to hands - guests encouraged to partake!

Casual (Indian Attire Optional) - please wear shades of yellow
The 'Haldi' ceremony, a pre-wedding ritual before the wedding where family & friends apply turmeric paste to the bride and groom. There will be a break between this event and the Baraat processions where guests can return to the hotel.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Formal (Indian Attire Preferred)
A baraat is a celebratory wedding procession by friends & family for the bride & groom involving live music and dancing. This will flow directly into the wedding ceremonies. Timelines are fluid.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Formal (Indian Attire Preferred)
This will include the jai mala (exchange of bridal wreaths) and pheras (vows). These ceremonies will take place at the same venue as the reception. Guests are not expected to watch the entire ceremony and can instead flow in and out as desired. This will flow directly into the reception. Timelines are fluid.
