When we first started thinking about our wedding parties, we ran into a problem: we share a lot of mutual friends. So picking out who got who and the size of our parties was difficult. So we decided on just one attendant each.

There really wasn't any other choice for who my maid of honor would be. While we haven't known each other since we were in diapers like some people we've known each other 12 years and I think that's impressive. She's been my best friend and main confidant for my entire adult life. There isn't anything really that she doesn't know about me. Other than Carter, she's the first person I talk to when anything happens. We've got matching tattoos and everything; we're stuck together whether we want to be or not.

Allen and I actually have known each other forever: we met in gymboree when we were one. We've been through all the funny, important, or awkward moments in each other's lives. All these years later he's one of my best friends, and the best person to go primitive camping with or watch the horror movies Kai is too scared to watch.
