Ceremony

We kindly request that all guests dress in semi-formal to formal attire that is appropriate for the occasion. We ask that you refrain from wearing street clothes, and instead choose attire that is tasteful and elegant. We want everyone to look their best and feel comfortable while celebrating with us on this special day.
We ask that guests begin arriving around 1:30 PM and be seated five minutes prior to the start of the ceremony at 2:00 PM. To accommodate immediate family members, there will be some reserved seats at the front of both aisles. Our wedding is a celebration of the union of our family and friends. We have chosen not to have a bride or groom side, so please pick a seat, not a side. Please note that our ceremony is "unplugged", which means that we kindly ask all guests to refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. This will allow everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment without any distractions. We have hired a team of talented photographers and videographers who will capture all the special moments during the ceremony. We also ask that you silence all electronic devices during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like to capture the memories. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cocktail Hours + Intermission

Following the ceremony, the bride + groom, wedding party and immediate family members will take photos while our vendors prepare to flip the grand hall into the reception space. During this time, we kindly ask that all guests exit the grand hall. In the front entrance lobby and bar space, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. We encourage you to take this opportunity to mingle with family and friends. There will also be a featured short film to view during cocktail hour. Karissa and Chace have prepared an engagement video that showcases their love story, furbabies and new home in Orange County, CA. If you feel like taking a break outdoors, Neshotah Beach is a short 0.9 mile walk (17 minutes) each way from the venue. There are also a few local shops that you can explore nearby. This is a chance to stretch your legs and enjoy some fresh air before the reception begins. The bride + groom hope to join everyone towards the end of the cocktail hour.
Reception

As soon as the grand hall reopens for the reception, please quickly find your assigned seat and prepare for the wedding party's grand march.
Dinner will be served at 6:00pm by the wait-staff. Please reach out to the bride if you have questions regarding a gluten-allergy. Rest assured, we do have gluten-free options available that you can select. See FAQ page for "what's on the menu". Following dinner + dessert, we will kick off the night with first dances, groom + bride games, photo booth and more! The night will promptly end at 11:00pm.
