Welcome Event: Takemoto Snyder Showdown

1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

This event will be entirely outside on the beach. It will be a beautiful summer day! We have planned several exciting physical games, so bring a swimsuit, sunblock, a beach chair, towel, clothes your comfortable being active in and your A-game. On Saturday, June 8th we plan to have a day filled with fun outdoor large group activities at Seacliff State beach! This event is in Santa Cruz and about a 45 minute drive from Saratoga. If you need a ride, please reach out to Karina or Tarik and we will connect you to someone who is driving from your area. We suggest that you carpool as parking here is $10. This will be a tournament style Showdown and we will be making teams ahead of time, so please let Karina know if you no longer plan to participate in the games. Games will commence promptly at 1:30, but feel free to come and go as you please. That being said, if games aren't your thing, no worries! We reserved a huge ramada overlooking the beach so you can still come, spend time with family and friends, and watch the competition take place. We will be providing snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and a barbecue dinner cooked by Mark Takemoto around 6pm, but make sure to eat lunch before you arrive so you're fueled for the day.

Ceremony

4:30 pm

Doors open to guests at 4:30. Come early to enjoy the bar, record your well wishes for the couple at the video guest book, and find a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.
