Question

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will provide shuttle transportation to and from Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards. Please see below for two pick-up and drop-off options. Please be sure to meet the shuttle promptly at 4:45pm EST. There will only be 1 pick-up time, and buses will depart promptly at 5pm EST. Pick-up Option 1: The Omni Hotel in the Downtown Mall Meet Shuttle at 4:45pm EST Pick-up Option 2: The Boar's Head Resort Meet Shuttle at 4:45pm EST Shuttles will also be available leaving Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards back to the Omni and the Boar's Head Resort. Departure Option 1: 9:45pm EST Departure Option 2: 11:45pm EST Please note: the Late Night bar, The Livery Stable, is next to the Omni on the Downtown Mall. If you do not plan to take a shuttle, we highly recommend making a plan to get a ride-share (Uber or Lyft) or to drive.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal garden attire for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception. Cocktail or Garden Attire is great for the Farewell Brunch. Please note, we will be on grass for the ceremony, so we recommend wedges or flats!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Should you decide to drive, there will be parking onsite at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see you at our Welcome Gathering on Friday, June 4th as well as our Farewell Brunch on Sunday, June 6th. Please visit the Schedule page for more information.
